Introducing Dr Xueliang Bai, the new CUAVA Training Centre Engineer.
Xueliang comes to us with experience in aerospace engineering and electronics, and has designed and successfully launched a 3U CubeSat in 2019.
He is a graduate of the University of Sydney with a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, and involvement in the i-INSPIRE project.
Xueliang has worked previously for the Centre for Quantum Technology at the National University of Singapore as the electronics and system engineer for the SpooQy and QubeSat projects, and has conducted research in the field of quantum communication for nano-satellites.
CUAVA are excited to have Xueliang on board to drive forward the development of our first CubeSat, CUAVA-1 which is expected to be delivered later this year.
